🔸🌟 蓉城雞豆花 Sichuan Chengdu style Diced Chicken 'Tofu' in consomme soup. There is no soybean based tofu, but its Chicken meat hand pounded with Mountain Yam in this version, while some add Chicken Liver, until it resembles the silken texture of tofu
The Chinese saying is「吃雞不見雞」, which means Eating Chicken without seeing the Chicken 🐔🙈. Thanks people for tolerating me posting this similar dish for the Nth time, I quite like this dish especially if the soup consomme is done well！
🔸Soupless Tan Tan noodles 擔擔麵. I like most food at 映水芙蓉, unfortunately this isn't one of them. Their 小面 is much better, but somehow this visit wanted to retry this again 🙄
